Extra guests and longer stays
Weekday nights add $45 per additional guest per night after the first two guests. The Friday-and-Saturday package adds $60 per additional guest for both nights together. The total group limit is 12 guests.
Cleaning is charged once per stay: $50 for 1–2 nights; $100 for 3–7 nights; then $100 for each additional started week. It is included in the total shown by the booking form and in your saved quote.
Your stay at a glance
- Check-in: 4 p.m. Check-out: 1 p.m. All property times are Central Time.
- Sunday–Thursday nights: one-night minimum.
- Friday and Saturday nights: book both nights together.
- Exclusive off-road access for your group during the private stay; other public riding passes are blocked for overlapping times.
- Each rider completes an individual waiver and must meet the riding requirements.
The space and facilities
The property gallery shows the yurt’s living and sleeping space, deck, and kitchen and bathroom facilities. Multiple kitchen photos show different views of the same kitchen, not multiple kitchens.
The 12-person limit describes the maximum booking group, not a bed for each guest. Confirm sleeping arrangements, bathroom access, essential amenities, and any accessibility needs with the operator before requesting a larger stay. Small items and seasonal decoration shown in photos can vary; ask if an item is important to your booking.
How booking works
- Choose dates and guest count, then review the stay total including cleaning.
- Complete the primary guest details and waiver, review your request, and submit it.
- Save your private booking link to check the owner’s decision.
- After approval, use that link to pay securely with Stripe. Successful payment confirms the stay.
A pending request does not reserve the dates. An approval temporarily holds the dates for payment, subject to the deadline on your private booking page.
