Information collected for bookings and riding

The booking forms collect your legal name, date of birth, phone number, email, emergency-contact name and phone, motorcycle details, waiver acknowledgments, typed name, and signature image. Yurt requests also include stay dates and total guest count. Booking records include payment status, quoted amounts, Stripe references, timestamps, and private access tokens. Submitted booking requests can also record an IP address and browser information.

How information is used

The operator uses these records to review requests, check age and riding requirements, manage access and guest counts, document signed waivers, contact you about your booking, reconcile payments and refunds, and handle safety or emergency situations.

Payments and service providers

Card and payment-account details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page. This website stores Stripe transaction references and payment status; its forms do not collect your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, media storage, and access protection; its services can process network and request information. Relevant providers receive information needed to perform their services.

Website measurements and cookies

The website counts booking-funnel steps by offer and date to help the operator improve the booking process. These measurements do not send your name, email, phone, date of birth, signature, payment details, private booking links, or full page URL to an advertising platform. They do not use advertising cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. A short-lived, one-way network hash is used to limit excessive measurement requests; server and security logs may still contain request information.

Owner sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Cloudflare Access, Stripe, and payment methods may use cookies or other storage under their own notices when you use those services. The website does not need an advertising account or third-party tracking script for its basic funnel measurements.

Retention and your requests

Booking, payment-reference, and signed-waiver records are retained for property operations, safety, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Aggregate funnel totals are kept for reporting; measurement-rate-limit hashes expire after their short-lived limit window.

Emergency contacts and private links

Provide emergency-contact information only for someone who can appropriately be contacted for your visit. Keep your private booking, pass, and rider links confidential; someone with the link may be able to access the associated booking page.
