Riding access

Daily passes cost $25 per rider for the available hours on the selected date. Weekend passes cost $40 per rider for Saturday sunrise through Sunday sunset, subject to availability and private closures. These passes do not include accommodation, a motorcycle, equipment, or instruction.

Rider details and waiver

All riders must be 18 or older, provide the required rider and emergency-contact details, and individually accept and sign the riding waiver. A DOT-approved helmet, appropriate protective equipment, compliance with posted rules, and riding within your ability are required. The full waiver is shown before submission.

Yurt pricing

Totals including cleaning: one weekday night is $200 for one guest or $230 for two; the two-night weekend package is $400 for up to two guests. Choose your dates and group size for the complete selected stay total.

Accommodation components: weekday accommodation is $150 for one guest or $180 for two guests per night, plus $45 per additional guest per night. The Friday-and-Saturday package is $350 for up to two guests, plus $60 per additional guest for both nights together. Mandatory cleaning is added to accommodation in the full stay total, which is displayed before rider details or payment.

Cleaning is once per stay: $50 for 1–2 nights; $100 for 3–7 nights; then $100 per additional started week. Examples including cleaning: one weekday night is $200 for one guest or $230 for two; the two-night weekend package is $400 for up to two guests. Your selected dates and guest count determine your quote. Existing saved bookings retain their approved quoted amount.

Yurt dates, group size, and access

Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 1 p.m. Central Time. Sunday–Thursday nights have a one-night minimum. Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together. Maximum group size is 12, including additional guests. Confirm sleeping arrangements and essential amenities with the operator; the group limit does not promise a bed per guest.

An approved private stay includes exclusive off-road access for its group during the stay, subject to the riding requirements and property conditions. Other public passes are not sold for overlapping private access. Each guest who rides completes an individual waiver.

Approval and confirmation

A yurt request is reviewed by the owner. A request alone does not reserve the property. Approval creates a temporary payment hold, with the deadline displayed on the private booking page. Successful payment confirms the reservation. Keep booking and rider links confidential.

Payments and questions

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. A riding pass activates after successful payment. A cancelled or unsuccessful payment attempt does not activate access. Contact the operator about existing payments, booking changes, and facilities.
