Before your visit

A few things worth knowing.

Answers to the questions that come up before a riding day or private yurt stay.

What does a riding pass include?

A daily pass is $25 per rider for the available riding hours on the selected date. A $40 weekend pass covers Saturday sunrise through Sunday sunset, subject to availability. Both are riding access only. They do not include the yurt, a motorcycle, protective equipment, or instruction.

What happens when the yurt is booked?

An approved private yurt stay reserves exclusive off-road access for that group during its stay. Other visitors cannot buy overlapping riding access. The range banner and date availability show public access and upcoming closures; maintenance and personal-use closures can also apply.

What is the total price for a yurt stay?

A one-night weekday stay totals $200 for one guest or $230 for two guests, including the $50 cleaning fee. A Friday-and-Saturday stay totals $400 for up to two guests, including cleaning. Extra guests and longer stays change the total. Choose your dates and guest count to see the complete stay price and breakdown before entering rider details.

How are additional guests and cleaning calculated?

Weekday accommodation adds $45 per additional guest per night after the first two guests. The two-night weekend package adds $60 per additional guest for the whole weekend. Cleaning is once per stay: $50 for 1–2 nights; $100 for 3–7 nights; then $100 for each additional started week. The displayed stay total includes these charges.

When are check-in and checkout?

Yurt check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 1 p.m., in Central Time. Sunday–Thursday nights have a one-night minimum. Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together, with a two-night minimum.

Is a yurt request a confirmed booking?

No. The owner reviews each request. Your stay is confirmed after approval and successful payment. Save the private booking link shown after submitting your request; use it to check the decision and open payment. A pending request does not reserve the property.

How many people can stay, and what about sleeping arrangements?

The booking limit is 12 guests in total. This is a group limit, not a promise of 12 beds. Contact the operator about sleeping arrangements, facilities, and suitability for your group before requesting a larger stay. Each person who rides must complete their own waiver.

Who can ride, and what should I bring?

All riders must be at least 18, complete the required information and signed waiver, wear a DOT-approved helmet and appropriate protective equipment, follow posted rules, and ride within their ability. Bring your own motorcycle and gear. Ask the operator about your motorcycle, experience level, terrain, and current trail conditions before buying if you are unsure.

Can weather or maintenance affect my visit?

Yes. Weather, maintenance, personal use, and private stays can affect access. Check the range indicator and your date availability before travelling. Contact the operator for current conditions and any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund questions before paying.

Are there weekly deals or special offers?

There is no published weekly discount at present. You can request a longer yurt stay and see its calculated total, or contact the operator to ask about available dates and any confirmed offers. A discount applies only when the operator has expressly agreed to it.

Where is the property, and how do I ask a question?
